What is seated arnold press?

Seated Arnold press is a weightlifting exercise that targets the shoulders and triceps. It is named after the famous bodybuilder and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was known for performing this exercise. The seated Arnold press is similar to a traditional shoulder press, but with a twist. In this exercise, the palms of your hands face your shoulders throughout the movement. This hand position targets the front, middle, and rear deltoids, as well as the rotator cuff muscles. The seated position adds stability and safety, allowing you to focus more on the muscles you are targeting. To perform the seated Arnold press, you will need dumbbells or resistance bands. Sit on a bench with your feet firmly planted on the ground. Hold the weights or resistance bands with your palms facing your shoulders and your elbows bent. Push the weights or bands up and out to a full overhead extension, then lower them back to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions. As with any exercise, it is important to use proper form and start with a lighter weight until you are comfortable with the movement.
